EAC issuance
We coordinate EAC at accredited Shanghai lab. Certificate attached to B/L before loading. No retrospective surprises at Aktau / Almaty (overland).
Loading & departure
RoRo or container loading at origin port. We send loading photos + final B/L within 48h of departure. Balance payment due against B/L copy.
Arrival at Aktau / Almaty (overland)
Vehicle arrives. Local customs clearance with your broker (we introduce a vetted one if needed). Marine insurance 110% CIF until clearance.

EAEU duty advantage?
Yes — 10% customs + 12% VAT under EAEU rules, significantly lower than direct-to-Russia routing. Aktau or Almaty (overland via Khorgos).
Khorgos overland — really viable?
Yes. 7-12 days China-side to Almaty, cheaper than Aktau sea route for buyers in eastern/southern Kazakhstan. We coordinate with Khorgos dry port partner.
Onward re-export to Russia?
Possible under EAEU customs union — but Russian-side SBKTS still required if buyer registers in RU. We will not assist if final destination is sanctioned.
Payment via KZT or bank wire?
CNY direct preferred. T/T USD via correspondent bank common. KZT possible via authorized BDC at quoted rate.
