Khorgos overland — really viable?
Yes. 7-12 days China-side to Almaty, cheaper than Aktau sea route for buyers in eastern/southern Kazakhstan. We coordinate with Khorgos dry port partner.
Onward re-export to Russia?
Possible under EAEU customs union — but Russian-side SBKTS still required if buyer registers in RU. We will not assist if final destination is sanctioned.
